Faith Webb, MS, RBT
Registered Behavior technician

 

  • Received her Master’s of Science in Psychology from Capella University in which she is preparing to sit for the boards to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • Has four years of experience working in an ABA clinic with individuals who have developmental, learning, and behavioral disorders.

  • Faith loves seeing the every-day progress in the clients no matter how big or small.

  • Has a severe addition to McDonald’s Diet Coke

  • Faith spends her free time binge watching Hallmark mystery movies, playing sports, and cooking.

Liana Bucciarelli, MS, OTR/L
 

  • Registered and licensed occupational therapist

  • Licensed in Occupational Therapy in the Commonwealth of Kentucky

  • Nationally certified by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

  • Received her dual degrees: Bachelor of Occupational Science and Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2020 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors

  • Liana has experience working with clients of all ages, from 3-95 years old. She has clinical experience in both inpatient neurology and in school based practice. Currently, Liana also spends her weekends working at a nursing home to maintain best practices with physical, cognitive disabilities and neurorehabilitation skills.

  • Originally from New York, Liana moved to Kentucky where she enjoys watching Kentucky football and basketball and taking her corgi puppy on walks. She also enjoys the much better weather Kentucky offers compared to Buffalo, but will always cheer on the Buffalo Bills!

Gail Wendel, MSOT, OTR/L

  • Occupational Therapist at On the Move for 2 years

  • Received a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Spalding University in March 2019

  • Received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology-Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky May 2016

  • Pediatric clinical experience prior to On the Move:  OT intern in Bradenton, Florida at an Elementary school working with medically fragile children throughout Summer 2018 and in Lexington Kentucky Children’s Hospital Fall 2018

  • Former CLS worker

  • Taught swim lessons for 8 years

  • I enjoy swimming, photography, hot yoga, and spending time with friends! 

Kelli Inniger, M.S., CCC-SLP

  • Speech-Language Pathologist 

  • Certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association & licensed by the state of Kentucky

  • Master of Science in Speech Pathology from Purdue University

  • 15 years experience working with the pediatric population (Birth through 21)

  • She loves working closely with parents to create positive changes in their child's communication!

  • Kelli enjoys cooking, listening to music, traveling, hiking, and watching her Indianapolis Colts play. In her freetime, she enjoys playing games and spending time with her husband and two children and their dog, Ella June.

Jennifer Bailey, MA, CCC/SLP

 

  • Licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Kentucky for 21 years

  • Certified Member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) for 21 years

  • Received her graduate degree in Communication Disorders/Speech Science from the University of Colorado in 1999

  • Specializes in motor speech, social skill, and feeding disorders in clients of all ages

  • In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her children, reading, exercising, hanging out with friends and watching Netflix

Courtney Kelley, Registered Behavior Technician

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University with relevant coursework in child development and learning and behavior disorders

  • Assists with implementing behavioral interventions created by BCBAs

  • Finishing Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and will be seeking BCBA certification in 2021

  • Likes to spend her time watching crime dramas, being in nature, and sharing quality meals with family and friends

Amanda Bunton, Office Coordinator

  • 3 Years Experience in Pediatric Administration

  • Functions as the liaison to the public, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.

  • Verifies intake paperwork, requests authorizations and checks benefits through insurance, completes client files, collects co-pays, administers school excuses, and manages client cancellations.

  • Likes to spend her time watching hockey and Harry Potter, and going to concerts

Jaclyn Peters, M.S., CCC-SLP

  • Attended East Tennessee State University where she earned her Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Over 10 years of experience working with children, ages 8 months to 15 years with a variety speech and language disorders in individual therapy and in the classroom. 

  • Received continuing education in Autism and Hearing Loss.

  • Excited to be a part of the On the Move Pediatric therapy team and work on building children's speech and language skills! 

Darian Mitchell, BT

  • Behavior Technician earning certification

  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky 

  • As a behavior technician, she assists with implementing behavioral interventions created by BCBAs

  • Darian likes to spend her time watching Marvel movies and cheering on UK sports teams 

Bethany Kissick, BCBA, LBA

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Kentucky

  • Received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Morehead State University and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of South Florida

  • Bethany has worked with a variety of children with disabilities in the school, home, and clinic settings as a BCBA for over five years

  • Bethany loves creating individual programming for clients and teaching behavior analytic techniques and principles to others

  • In her free time, you can find Bethany doing puzzles, hiking, playing games, and watching football with her husband and stepson.

Kristin Welch, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Kentucky

  • Fun Fact: Kristin danced on the UK Dance Team

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The University of Cincinnati

  • Nationally Board-Certified Behavior Analyst since early 2018

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky since early 2018

  • Works as a Behavior Analyst for Homeplace Support Services for the SCL and MPW waivers and conducts supervision of RBTs in Lexington, KY

  • Kristin really enjoys working with children and watching them learn and grow into their own unique individual!

  • She is the mother to two girls and in her free time enjoys scrapbooking, being outdoors, working out, dancing, and binging on Netflix! She hopes to travel a lot more in the near future!

Cynthia Blackledge, Ph.D., BCBA-D., LBA

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the Doctoral Level and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Kentucky

  • Received my Doctorate in Psychology with a Specialization in Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2001.

  • Cyndy has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis for over 30 years.  She initially became interested in working with individuals with special needs in 1985 when teaching swimming.  This interest built into graduate work and then a career where she has worked with individuals diagnosed with varying severities in autism or other intellectual and developmental disabilities from early intervention to elderly persons.

  • As the Executive Director of the ABA Program at On The Move Pediatric Therapy Cyndy works with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to provide a positive learning environment for children and adolescents to thrive in.  We value individuals learning ways to build upon their skills so that they live more independent and happy lives.

  • Pivotal skills of communication, socialization, and daily living skills/personal hygiene skills are common goals we work on with our clients.

  • She has worked in multiple children’s clinics in the United States as well as a clinic in Australia across her career.

  • Cyndy and her family enjoy hiking, swimming, painting, watching sports and traveling to visit family.  They have two daughters as well as two cats and a dog that continue to make life an adventure. 

Camery Murray, RBT

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology 

  • As an RBT she assists with the implementation of behavioral interventions created by BCBAs 

  • Starting her pursuit of a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in summer 2021

  • Camery likes to watch cartoons, listen to podcasts and spend time with her friends and family.
