Founded on the belief that all children have a contribution to make to the world, Elise and her staff, provide research-based interventions that increase the functional capacity of the child while incorporating play in every session. Central to On The Move’s success is its relationships with referring physicians, local school districts, First Steps, other therapy providers, and families in order to increase communication on behalf of each child it serves. With a collaborative team approach, family based outcomes are valued as well as therapist based outcomes. Continuing education is pivotal to the development of each therapist and a commitment to lifelong learning is expected.
